We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our marketing campaigns for a diverse set of audiences: from public safety professionals to the communities they serve, investors, media, government and political leaders, among others. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns—including email, social media, events, paid ads, influencer marketing, SEO, and PR/media. You will be responsible for managing all our marketing campaigns, leveraging our rich collection of content to reach multiple audiences and drive measurable results.
Reporting to our CMO, you will work directly with our executive leadership and with people across functions including business development, product, operations, among others. For some specific types of content, you will also coordinate with and manage specialized external marketing agencies to ensure high-quality, integrated execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive campaign calendar timely and effectively
- Manage campaigns for diverse audiences, including public safety professionals, community members, investors, media, and government officials, leveraging our existing content library
- Work closely with our internal marketing team and external agency partners to ensure clear, consistent messaging across all channels and content types
- Partner with subject matter experts to support key marketing campaigns
- Monitor performance and analyze data using dashboards in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Meltwater, adjusting strategies based on actionable insights
- Present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in weekly tactical reviews and monthly strategic meetings
- 5-10 years of experience in digital campaign management with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. B2B, public sector, or related experience preferred
- 3 years of experience leading marketing campaign execution, demonstrating understanding of campaign lifecycle management
- Demonstrable success planning and executing high-impact, multi-channel marketing tactics and campaigns for diverse audiences
- Ability to thrive and bring structure to execution in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution. Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in campaign management and optimization best practices. Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEM tools
- Strong analytical skills, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for campaign optimization and continuous improvement
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
