About The Role
The Pro Sales Representative is responsible for managing and expanding sales relationships with contractors, construction firms, and professional tradespeople. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry, significant independence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service throughout the Long Island area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Signing up new pro accounts, effectively growing our customer base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client project requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions
- Drive sales growth and meet financial targets by managing relationships with professional customers
- Review customer feedback and competition to improve local strategies and competitive positioning
- Working with local showrooms to foster relationships within store salespeople
- Work to find new business opportunities. I.E Conduct site visits, follow up on leads from local events, etc.
