About The Role
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for retail excellence? As our Retail Performance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving success across our stores. You'll analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure our team hits their targets consistently. This is a full time office-based position, working Monday - Friday, you will earn a salary of $80,000 bonus every year.
Key Responsibilities :
- KPI Analysis : Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generations, lead conversion to quote, appointment booking, quote conversion to sales, and cancellations.
- Performance Management : Relentlessly follow up with underperforming team leaders to ensure they meet the required KPIs and direction to improve performance.
- Reporting : Prepare detailed reports on KPI performance, identifying areas of underperformance and demand corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify underperformance and give direction and tasks for improvement
