About The Role
As Assistant General Manager, you'll step in for the General Manager when needed, ensuring seamless operations.
You'll support delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, managing the showroom team to exceed sales targets, uphold standards, and champion company values.
Collaborating with Installation Managers, you'll maintain service standards, while optimizing appointment volumes by strategically allocating customer requests.
You'll handle escalations and issue resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
You will earn a base salary of $55,000 annually with uncapped commission potential, leading to an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $90,000

A full time position, with amazing earning potential with UNCAPPED commission, health, dental and vision, 15 days PTO and 5 paid sick days, plus 8 federal holidays, and fully paid training. We even have plenty of car parking onsite for staff!
About You
What you will bring to Wren!:
Your experience will have been gained in a sales focused, target driven retail environment, with proven experience in team management, as an assistant, lead or department manager You will have proven experience in leading sales teams and driving them to reach goals.
Kitchen or relevant industry experience is preferred, however exceptional candidates from related industries are encouraged to apply.
The position is for 40 hours a week across 7 days, including weekends and evenings as required. The ability to travel for training and development is also required.
