About The Role
Are you ready to be a key player in our warehouse operations? Wren Kitchensis seeking a dedicated Bilingual Warehouse Admin to join our team and contribute to our success.
Pay: $18 per hour
Main Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative requests and inquiries from Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations
- Report Generation: Generate reports for managing KPIs and specific reports, including discrepancies within the department, to facilitate decision-making and improve efficiency
- Daily Management: Manage departmental daily reports, incoming emails, and respond in a timely manner to ensure effective communication and workflow
- Positive Representation: Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times, fostering a positive work environment
- Adaptability: Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues
Who Are We Looking For?
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail to facilitate smooth operations
- MUST be Bilingual in Spanish
