About The Role
As an HR Administrator with Wren, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality and consistent HR support across the business. You will work closely with HR colleagues and employees to ensure efficient HR service delivery and compliance with company policies. This role is based at our Sugar Notch, PA site.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to communications in the designated HR department email inbox.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Perform administrative tasks, including processing new hires, terminations, employee status changes, return-to-work documentation, and background checks.
- Prepare and process employment offer letters using the company’s onboarding system.
- Assist the payroll team by providing accurate and timely employee information.
- Administer employee discount programs and referral incentive schemes.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, ensuring all profiles are up to date.
- Support the HR Advisor and HR Assistant in absence management by processing leave documentation and assisting with workplace accommodations.
- Generate HR reports on key metrics, such as new hires, terminations, attendance, and absenteeism.
- Ensure all HR correspondence is accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide note-taking support during HR meetings.
- Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and compliance updates.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR leadership team.
About You
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience in an HR administrative or support role is preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEOC regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
