About The Role
Our recruiters are key to our business expansion, and take responsibility for all recruitment activity within the business areas.
The Recruiter role offers a salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year plus bonus, depending on experience.
This role is based full time in Wilkes Barre, PA – with occasional travel to shows, other showrooms and events required.
Duties May Include:
- Managing the end to end recruitment process for a range of role types.
- Sourcing candidates through various recruitment methods (Online channels, referrals, headhunting)
- Creating job adverts to be used on local and national job boards, as well as posting relevant social media content to assist with talent engagement and attraction
- Arranging and carrying out phone interviews and online video interviews
- Managing, and running recruitment and networking events
- Managing the candidate process through our Applicant Tracking System
- Building relationships with hiring managers and the wider recruitment/HR team
- Recruitment reporting, managing and delivering detailed reports on recruitment activities
About You
You will have demonstrable experience in a fast-paced recruitment role – either on an internal team, or within an agency environment. With excellent sourcing and candidate management skills, you will be familiar with using an ATS. In addition, excellent excel skills are a must. Experience in a similar industry is beneficial but not essential.
