About The Role

Pay: $18.92-$20.37 per hour DOE plus bonus
Shift: 40 hours, 5 days per week (including evening and weekends)
The duties are as follows:
- Take ownership of each incoming complaint and compensation claim
- Carry out a full assessment of the customer’s journey to be able to successfully resolve any dispute
- Investigate, resolve and respond to complaints made by customers and third parties, always ensuring fair treatment of customers,
- Provide support and assistance to teams across the business
- Liaison with various third parties such as; Attorneys, Better Business Bureau, DCP, etc.
- Identify improvements from across the business (anything from showroom appointments to installations
- Identify and report on any processes that could result in a poor customer experience
About You
Qualifications
- Complaint handling experience
- Knowledge of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
- Effective communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
