What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day asphalt paving operations, including crews, scheduling, and equipment
- Work closely with estimators and project managers to bid jobs accurately and competitively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
- Assist in securing new work through professional sales efforts and proposal presentations
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in asphalt paving or construction management is a must
- Strong estimating skills, including job costing, material takeoffs, and proposal writing
- Hands-on leadership and field operations knowledge
- Customer service mindset with a drive to close deals and build long-term partnerships
- Proficient in relevant software (e.g., estimating tools, Excel, project management apps)
