Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business to Business Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team of accounting professionals and service our Fortune 500 Clients. As an Accounts Receivable/Corporate Billing Specialist, you will be involved in the entire accounts receivable cycle including contract maintenance, order entry, invoicing, and the collection and posting of payments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. You will be expected to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable operations and play a crucial role in maintaining our company’s financial integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Enter new orders and change orders in accordance with Client contracts
- Analyze Client activity, generate and process invoices to customers
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and conduct collections calls
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection efforts
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer issues
- Work with the project management team on invoice schedules
- Assist with other accounting projects as needed
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience of business-to-business accounts receivable experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to read and analyze financial reports
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with project-based accounting is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
