Compensation
Hourly Base Salary ($16-$19/hr) Commission ($500-$1,500) Bonus Opportunities ($300): $16/hr - $28/hr (varies based on experience and performance and is inclusive of base, commission, and bonus)

Responsibilities
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be building clientele via outbound phone drives, live phone transfers, warm-intro leads, referrals, and cross-sells.
- Using your excellent problem-solving skills and negotiation skills, youll be overcoming objections, and winning back former clients.
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to meet your individual sales goals set with management.
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be closing sales.
Requirements
- Are you Active Property & Casualty License? Must Have
- Previous Allstate or Major Carrier Experience
- Used an auto dialer in the past
- Minimum of at least 2 years of proven Track Record of Property/Casualty Sales.
- Candidate must be able to work Eastern and/or Central time zones.
- Must be computer literate and tech savvy.
