Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join our team! This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations between customer service and logistics. You’ll be responsible for handling customer claims, coordinating deliveries, and managing merchandise movement between showrooms—all while providing excellent service to our valued customers.Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service claims and process vendor chargebacks
- Order replacement parts from suppliers as needed
- Schedule and coordinate in-home service technician visits
- Process and schedule in-home furniture deliveries
- Coordinate merchandise transfers between showroom locations
- Schedule and manage incoming freight shipments
- Resolve delivery issues and handle customer returns
- Interact with customers as needed to ensure service satisfaction
- Utilize Microsoft Office and an industry-specific POS system (training provided)
- Perform other related tasks as needed
