JOB SUMMARY :
The Marketing & Communications Specialist assists with developing and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional materials to increase brand awareness for Wright Service Corp's family of companies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : Develop and / or coordinate content (including copy, functionality, photo and video) for websites, industry publications, newsletters, collateral, bids and reports, direct mail, social media, and other marketing and communications deliverables for both internal and external audiencesContent creation and management of ad designs, newsletters, websites, collateral, direct mail, and other marketing and communications deliverables to ensure strategic and consistent branding and messagingAnalyze and / or update company websites' keywords, content, headers, meta descriptions to improve SEOCreate and maintain marketing and editorial calendars and internal documents, including sales and website analytics, customer lists, etc.Coordinate production of deliverables with vendors, within budget parametersParticipate in annual and project-based strategic planningCoordinate donations and sponsorships, leveraging opportunities for the greatest impact. Maintain related records, and process payment and other transactionsServe as a resource and editor for employees' and departments' communicationsAssist in planning strategic meetings and client appreciation events Research and distribute relevant public information about competitors and marketsCoordinate company and department award submissionsAs a brand guardian, ensure visual and brand consistency of all projects across the family of companiesMaintain brand guidelines and style guidesSupport, actively participate and act in accordance with Wright's culture of safety and employee ownershipComply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and proceduresMaintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetingsJOB REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or other related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience with related marketing and communications responsibilitiesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :
