Responsibilities:
- Perform quality measurements and inspections on plastic injection molded components, ensuring adherence to specified tolerances and quality standards.
- Execute validation measurements and documentation processes for Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Validation Protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Collaborate closely with production teams to identify potential quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving discussions to address non-conformance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and measurements, ensuring compliance with internal and external auditing requirements.
- Support quality audits and assist in the preparation of quality reports and documents for management review.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards, measurement techniques, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quality Technician or Engineer with a strong understanding of quality measurement techniques specific to plastic injection molding.
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Salary : $66,300 - $85,600
