- Lead and manage complete injection mold design projects from conception through to production.
- Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed mold designs, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing staff, and quality assurance teams to optimize mold functionality and manufacturability.
- Conduct mold flow analyses to identify potential design challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mold design technology.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster skill development and team cohesion.
