About this role
The Director of account-based marketing will be responsible for creating and executing a go-to-market plan for Writer's high-value Enterprise target accounts. They will work with the Sales, Partner, and Marketing teams to increase engagement, build relationships, and drive sales through marketing campaigns. This is a player / coach role that needs good planning skills, world-class communication, and the ability to create campaigns that drive results.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic account-based marketing plan to support Writer's growth in the Enterprise market
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers within those accounts
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target accounts' business needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Create and manage personalized, multi-touch campaigns to engage decision-makers at target accounts and drive awareness and interest in Writers solutions
- Work closely with the entire marketing team to develop and curate relevant and compelling campaigns for target accounts
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop account-specific messaging and collateral
- Track, measure, and report on the success of marketing campaigns based on ROI and budget allocation
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt the account-based marketing strategy
