About this role
The Senior Manager of Executive Communications will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the communications strategy for our executive team, including increasing the visibility and influence of our CEO, CTO, and other senior leaders. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing and presentation development skills, a keen understanding of digital and social media, and the ability to meticulously project manage high-profile speaking opportunities and communications activities in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for key members of the executive team
- Spearhead content development for C-suite executives, including crafting keynotes, presentations, op-eds, and social media posts; align executive messaging with overall company goals
- Manage Writer's speakers bureau; secure and coordinate executive participation in conferences, speaking engagements, and other public events
- Conceptionalize talk tracks and presentations, and work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure that presentations meet brand standards and maintain a cohesive look and feel
- Support media interactions for the executive team, including prepping key executives for interviews and crafting critical follow up communication
- Prepare executive briefing materials, talking points, and Q&A documents as needed
- Act as a trusted advisor for leadership on communications
