Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage capital projects from concept development through construction and completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement project execution plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, procurement, and finance to ensure project success.
- Track and report project performance metrics, including cost control, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation.
- Manage contractor and vendor relationships, ensuring contract terms are met and deliverables align with project expectations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
