ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide strategic and creative input into writing documentation.
- Create / edit B2B and B2C content as well as internal content across multiple brands and digital and non-digital channels Digital channels include email, web, social, etc. (other comms channels and platforms include patient / customer testimonials, videos, blogs, presentations, newsletters).
- Editing, proofing, improving and optimizing written content
- Creating content for internal teams and leaders
- Write copy for a variety of on and offline media channels including social, print, video, and digital.
- Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.
- Collaborate with creative, product, marketing, and legal to assess project needs and help with messaging.
- Drive brand consistency across all company communications.
- Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere.
- See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment.
- Support developing content strategy across multiple digital channels for both information and marketing purposes
- Collaborate with agencies and outside support to ensure content is developed in line with brand guidelines and needs
- Serve as in-house content expert to advise on marketing strategy, brand guidelines, and appropriate content for all touchpoints with end consumers.
