Position Overview : As a CEI Project Administrator at WSB, you'll work within our Construction Management group under the direction of a Senior Project Engineer. Your role will involve providing on-site technical management for transportation construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way.
What You Will Do :
- Take charge of overseeing highly complex road and bridge construction projects, directing tasks to administrative and field staff while assisting in all phases of the construction project.
- Exercise initiative and independent judgment in problem-solving, receiving general instructions regarding assignments.
- Track project progress and manage final estimates throughout the construction project duration.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to the CEI Inspection teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
What You Will Bring : Qualifications and certifications for this position may be obtained within six (6) months from the date of hire, provided that you work under the supervision and direction of a Senior Project Engineer, meet all other requirements for the position, and submit a training plan detailing when the qualifications / certifications will be obtained.
