What You Will Do :
As a Project Manager at WSB, you will be at the forefront of designing and coordinating high-impact transportation projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while contributing to the success of our expanding team in North Florida. Your responsibilities will include :
- Leading project design and coordination : Drive large and complex transportation projects from conception to completion, overseeing the technical aspects and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborating across disciplines : Work alongside other groups within WSB, delivering top-quality projects and exceptional client service.
- Client engagement : Present concepts, task summaries, and design updates in client meetings, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Design development : Prepare preliminary design layouts, final design plans, and specifications for transportation projects.
- Proposal and project management : Assist with proposals, project budgets, schedules, and public involvement activities with the State, Counties, and Cities.
- Team leadership : Oversee and mentor other PEs, EITs, and Technicians, fostering collaboration and growth within the team.
