WSi is seeking an organized RN with supervisory experience to join our client’s new women’s residential program, set to open in the serene mountains of Georgetown, Colorado at the beginning of next year!
This 10-bed, private-pay, voluntary, luxury facility offers an intimate setting where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of women overcoming substance use and co-occurring disorders.
You’ll work closely with residents in a peaceful environment, delivering compassionate, trauma-informed care. With single rooms, private hot tubs, and breathtaking views, you’ll help residents heal while enjoying the natural beauty and outdoor adventures Georgetown offers.
The DON oversees the care of up to 10 clients in a voluntary residential facility, ensuring that all nursing services are delivered in-line with established standards and agency policies. This role plays a key part in advancing the facility’s mission, goals, and quality improvement efforts, while also supervising and providing training to a team of 1-2 nurses and/or QMAPs.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervises staff of 12 nurses and/or QMAPs.
- Supervises initial intake
- Ensures initial treatment plan is completed upon admission, evaluates and monitors client’s progress
- Takes physician’s orders and documents appropriately
- Administers medications per ordered note
- Maintains accountability of administration, recording, control, and security of medications
- Oversees and maintains the tracking of medical supplies and inventory
- Collaborates with treatment team regarding client care
- Provides education to clients and team members regarding medication usage, side effects of medications, infectious diseases
- Monitors staffing needs and arranges coverage as needed
