Your Impact
- Grow an existing multidiscipline office while collaborating with a variety of project teams within WSP USA.
- Lead service delivery for all end markets through successful implementation of WSP USA’s strategy focused on our four pillars of success: Clients, Expertise, People & Culture and Operational Excellence.
- Represent WSP USA in the local engineering community.
- Manage projects and teams to provide quality delivery on projects of all types and sizes.
- Responsible for contract and financial management of projects.
- Assist in the strategic growth of market sectors including marketing, proposal writing, and business development.
- Create a professional environment of innovation, opportunity, development and continuous improvement that supports office objectives
- Recruit, retain and develop top industry talent.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in the transportation industry.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited civil engineering program.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Ohio or ability to obtain within three months.
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
- Embodies WSP USA’s values of innovation and client success through our capabilities, that drives practice excellence
- Ability to provide value in marketing and business development activities.
- Successful project management experience.
- An excellent communicator and team leader.
- ODOT and Ohio Local Municipality Experience.
- Ability to independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques and criteria using sound judgment.
