WSP is seeking a Quality Manager to join our Construction Management team in Virginia.
Your Impact
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee overall compliance with identified in the Project Implementation Manual, Contracts and Quality Management Standards.
- Ensure project quality plans are being implemented in design, construction and deployment process and adequate records are being maintained for every step.
- Assist in the development of the new quality control processes where needed, in collaboration with the project team.
- Oversee and audit ongoing contracts to measure overall contract health through predetermined contract metrics.
- Conduct quality compliance audits and if needed manage oversight and resolution for contractor / equipment deficiencies observed for active contracts.
- Prepare project status reports to monitor and document on-going progress and record how adequate progress is being made within the assigned Task durations.
- Other duties as assigned.
