Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Inspire and motivate Team Members to achieve sales and productivity goals.
- Analyze sales performance and collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Coach Team Members to provide outstanding customer service and provide feedback on best practices.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels and help shrink controls.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling and operational policies.
- Develop and manage Team Member schedules to ensure optimal store coverage.
- Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop Team Members for all roles.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, recognition, and open communication.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
- Previous retail management experience is preferred.
- Availability for approximately 45 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
