Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product knowledge and guide customers to appropriate merchandise.
- Treat all associates and customers with respect and professionalism.
- Contribute to store sales goals and promote WSS Loyalty membership.
- Unload and process shipments, maintain stock levels, and execute price changes as needed.
- Maintain visual product presentation standards and a clean, safe working environment.
- Follow loss prevention policies to minimize shortages.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and maintain a clean register area.
- Process returns courteously, with management assistance when needed
Position Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with basic math proficiency.
- Available to work a variety of hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
