Position Summary Information
General Summary
The Student Intern - Process Control Engineering intern will assist in the documentation, design and templates for the industrial control system.
Essential Functions
- Reviews processes and documents as P&IDs.
- Prepare drawings (including templates) within AutoCAD.
- Optimize various plant processes : Filter Chlorine and Chemical Feedback Control.
- Assists with urgent water and wastewater projects.
- Assists engineers with data preparation and analysis for projects, inspections, and condition assessments.
- Reviews plans of projects for functional design and conformance to Commission standards.
- Uses Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to enter, extract, analyze, or report on data.
Other Functions
Assists with urgent process control water and wastewater projects.

Minimum Education, Experience Requirements
Completion of at least 1 year of college coursework towards a degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
