WT Equipment is an agricultural and light construction equipment dealership with 8 locations in Arkansas and Louisiana. Some of the major brands we offer include New Holland, Bobcat, Case, Vermeer, Bush Hog, and Hustler. The dealership has been family owned since 1973. We pride ourselves in offering our customers the best products to meet their equipment and service needs.
WT Equipment of Springdale, AR is looking to add a Finance Specialist to our team. The Finance Specialist position is responsible for taking credit applications and preparing loan documents from several loan providers along with other office duties as assigned. Office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8 a.m. - 12 noon on Saturdays.
Finance Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional manner
Accurately prepare customer retail financing loan documents
Prepare and verify supporting loan documents: this includes insurance verification, UCC filings, credit application, id’s, titles, payoffs, etc.
Ensure loans are funded in a timely manner
Process in-house loan payments and Account Receivable payments
Provide customer service for questions regarding Accounts Receivable and Notes Receivable
Assist the collection department with collection efforts
Work with others to develop and implement work process improvements
Assist with answering the phone, scanning, and filing
Stay compliant with the Federal Trade Commission Red Flag Rules
