Role Description
We seek an on-site experienced HR Director with a strong background in change management to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing organizational change, developing strategic HR initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive transformation and foster a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies expertise
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale change initiatives and leading HR strategy.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience in managing Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
