What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer any questions about menu items.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Suggest additional menu items or beverages to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for the next guests.
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
