Your Role
As part of our Health, Wealth & Career (HWC) Sales Operations team in Europe, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales strategies, pipeline management, and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:
Sales Strategy & Execution – Work closely with the HWC Europe Sales Operations Leader to support sales enablement, goal setting, and market strategies.
Pipeline & Campaign Management – Track and coordinate sales campaigns, ensuring effective execution and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement – Prepare leadership presentations and collaborate with senior business leaders on sales operations activities.
Process Improvement & Adoption – Drive adoption of global Sales Operations tools and processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Client-Focused Initiatives
- Account Planning: Coordinate cross-business planning sessions, track key actions, and monitor progress.
- Client Satisfaction: Manage net promoter score (NPS) surveys and independent client reviews.
- Clients at Risk: Identify, track, and report revenue risks.
Collaboration & Best Practices – Work with Sales Operations colleagues across Europe and globally to ensure consistency and share best practices.
Team Leadership & Development – Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the team.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- A degree in Business, Sales Operations, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, Operations, or Project Management in a multinational company.
- Knowledge of sales strategy, account development, and campaign execution.
- Relationship-building skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication & negotiation abilities.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint.
- CRM experience (a plus!).
