You will be responsible for providing guidance and instructions to customers over the phone while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Provide support to customer use electronic products, such as speakers, Wi-Fi cameras, thermostats etc.
- Offer guidance or instructions including app downloads, account registration, and initial setups.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical issues and provide clear instructions for resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a help desk or customer support role in an office environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
