Who You Are : Wunderkind is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product Marketing. As a critical leader within Wunderkind’s Product team, this person will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Wunderkind’s product portfolio by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and equipping the sales team with the tools needed to excel. Reporting to the Vice President of Product, this leader will work cross-functionally to ensure Wunderkind’s solutions are positioned effectively in the market and resonate with our target audiences.What You'll Do : As the Senior Director of Product Marketing, your key responsibilities will include : Strategic Leadership : develop and own the product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company vision, product roadmap, and market opportunities.Serve as the voice of the customer, using data-driven insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.Partner with cross-functional leaders to align product marketing efforts with Wunderkind’s overall business objectives. Go-To-Market Strategy : lead go-to-market planning and execution for all product launches, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and readiness.Define clear value propositions and differentiation strategies for Wunderkind’s products and solutions.Collaborate with Sales Enablement to create tools, training, and resources to support the sales team in effectively positioning and selling products.Market & Customer Insights : conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.Define and refine buyer personas, leveraging customer feedback, user behavior, and data analytics. Messaging & Positioning : craft compelling messaging frameworks and positioning strategies that resonate with target customers across multiple industries and channels.Develop high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, and presentations, to support marketing and sales efforts. Team Leadership & Collaboration : build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results.Act as a trusted advisor to Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.Performance Measurement : define KPIs for product marketing success and regularly report on progress.Use data to measure the impact of product marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.Skills & CompetenciesCore CompetenciesStrategic Vision : Ability to define long-term strategies while delivering short-term results.Customer-Centric : Deep empathy for customers, translating insights into actionable strategies.Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.Leadership : Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing teams.Collaboration : Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align diverse teams around common goals.Qualifications : 10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in launching and driving adoption of SaaS or enterprise technology products.A strong background in performance marketing, personalization, or eCommerce is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.On the fence?
