? Manage drill tool inventory.
? Purchase tooling as directed.
? Provide teaching, mentoring, and drilling support as needed.
? Dispatch to job sites as directed.
? Collaborate closely with mechanics to maximize efficiencies during site visits and emergency calls.
? Track and manage time on and off job sites ensuring timely submission of weekly timesheets.
? Participate in internal meetings, including pre-bid, pre-construction, and pre/post- operations meetings.
? Assist Project Managers in determining production rates for rock drilling.
? Track and code purchases for sites and equipment.
? Prepare job boxes with necessary spare parts for each drill.
? Spend the first two weeks in Greenville for training and orientation.
? Assist in locating and establishing a Western North Carolina shop and laydown yard.
? Communication with the operations team on equipment and tooling changes and upcoming needs.
