This is a full-time hybrid role for a Network Administrator at Wurth IT USA. This position plays a key role in managing and maintaining our organization’s IT network. They are responsible for ensuring seamless data communication and network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer our wired and wireless networks worldwide.
- Design, deploy and maintain enterprise network architecture.
- Design, deploy and maintain firewall infrastructure
- Ensure the operation of our networks, perform updates, and handle maintenance.
- Analyze current issues and troubleshoot in the third level support.
- Identify the needs of our customers, propose and implement solutions.
- Deploy network security techniques.
- Monitor our systems and proactively react on incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator
- Extensive experience in routing and switching technologies (CCNP level of experience).
- Extensive ability in troubleshooting and network incident resolution, looking beyond the obvious and not stopping at the first answer.
- Hands-on experience with leading network vendors and their current product portfolio.
- Technical capability and ability to learn new technologies and solutions.
- Experience with wireless LAN solutions.
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with people abroad
