Responsibilities
✅ Sales & Client Acquisition
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business accounts across West Virginia.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local business owners, decision-makers, and marketing teams.
- Identify client needs and provide customized digital marketing solutions.
✅ Account Management & Client Success
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and campaign success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide clients with regular reports and strategic recommendations.
✅ Marketing & Strategy Development
- Stay up-to-date on digital advertising trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
- Work with WV Digital's creative and strategy teams to craft high-performing campaigns.
- Educate clients on the value of digital marketing and emerging advertising technologies.
✅ Revenue Growth & Goal Attainment
- Meet and exceed sales quotas by securing new business and upselling existing accounts.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently to close deals.
Qualifications
Experience
- 3 years of experience in digital advertising and marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media ads, OTT, and programmatic display.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
