Department
TKO’s accounting and finance department is responsible for managing the company's financial records and operations. The department evaluates financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, prepares and implements the financial budget, including cash flow forecasts and prepares financial reports for management, investors, and other stakeholders.
Position Summary
The Accounting & Finance Intern will have the opportunity to work with the TKO Accounting & Finance team supporting the monthly and quarterly close as well as forecasting process. This person will also have the opportunity to learn the process for journal entries, identifying discrepancies, research, and understanding the external audit process and compliance requirement.
Responsibilities
We offer internship opportunities across WWE, UFC, and TKO Corporate. Locations include Stamford, CT; Las Vegas, NV, and New York City. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.

Our process consists of four steps.
We have a strong preference for rising seniors and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university.
Candidates must indicate if they now or in the future require Endeavor to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to employ them (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case).

Responsibilities
- Learn and use the finance & accounting department’s primary software tools: JD Edwards (accounting system) and Blackline (account reconciliations).
- Assist with the preparation of monthly journal entries, including the creation of supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies between actual and forecasted results.
- Assist with gathering supporting documentation as part of our internal and external audit processes.
- Assist with researching accounting guidance and preparing accounting memos.
- Learn the external audit process and compliance requirements.
- Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance, or related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a our fast-paced environment.

- February 28th: Applications will be accepted through this date.
- Mid-February: Recruiters will kick off the recruiting process.
- March 1 -April 15th: The interview and selection process will take place.
- The program will be 12 weeks in length
- May 19th through August 8th
