Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP) Duties:

Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers).

Maintain vendor records, including W-9 forms and contract documentation.

Assist with month-end closing procedures related to AP.

Collaborate with department managers to ensure proper expense allocation.

Monitor and track facility expenses, including medical supplies, utilities, and services.
Payroll Duties:

Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll for facility staff using payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, UKG).

Verify employee timecards, overtime, PTO, and other pay adjustments.

Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll tax laws, wage regulations, and labor policies.
