Salary Range: $90k-$100k
As the Senior Cloud Services Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing Microsoft 365 cloud solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and other integrated services. Your role will involve designing scalable and secure Microsoft 365 architectures, managing tenant configurations, and providing expert-level troubleshooting and support for cloud-based solutions. You will also lead the cloud services team, guiding them through best practices and helping to streamline cloud operations across the organization.

If yes, as a Sr. Cloud Services Manager you will:
- Microsoft 365 Architecture & Design: Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient Microsoft 365 cloud environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and related services.
- Tenant Management: Manage Microsoft 365 tenant configurations, ensuring optimal settings for security, compliance, and functionality across the enterprise.
- Integration & Automation: Work on integrating Microsoft 365 with other enterprise applications and services, using tools like Power Automate, PowerShell scripting, and the Microsoft Graph API.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security controls and compliance standards within Microsoft 365, such as Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and retention policies.
- Collaboration Solutions: Design and support enterprise-level solutions for Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, enabling seamless communication and collaboration for remote teams.
- Cloud Performance Monitoring: Use Microsoft 365 admin center and PowerShell scripts to monitor the health of services, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and performance.
- Migration & Deployment: Lead migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365, including Exchange migrations, SharePoint Online migrations, and data transitions to OneDrive.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to optimize the usage of Microsoft 365 services. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams on best practices and cloud adoption strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation for all cloud architecture, configurations, and processes related to Microsoft 365, ensuring clear knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Cloud Infrastructure & Configuration: Experience configuring and managing Microsoft 365 tenant settings, identity management, and service deployment.
- PowerShell Scripting: Proficient in PowerShell for managing and automating Microsoft 365 services.
- Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security features, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Security & Compliance Center, and DLP.
- Collaboration Tools: Expertise in Microsoft Teams administration and SharePoint Online configurations to enable seamless collaboration and document management.
- Migration & Integration: Experience with migration tools (e.g., Microsoft Exchange Online Migration, MigrationWiz, and SharePoint Migration Tool) and integrating Microsoft 365 with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues in a cloud environment.
- Networking & Identity Management: Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and identity management concepts within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Documentation & Process Management: Ability to document configurations, operational processes, and best practices clearly and concisely.
