We are currently on a hunt for a Business Analyst to join our client's team in Raleigh, NC.
What you’ll be doing:
- The purpose of this job includes business requirements analysis.
- Developing functional specifications.
- Designing and configuring SAP or other ERP and non-ERP based enhancements performing and/or leading system testing.
- Developing and maintaining system documentation.
- developing and delivering training, and providing ongoing operational support.
Qualifications
We would love to hear from you if :
- 3 years of previous experience supporting ERP business applications.
- Must have strong customer service skills is required.
- Previous SAP or ERP experience within the consumer products industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/IT/Computer Science or related field is required.
