As Talent Recruiter for WxTite, you will be the face and voice of our company. You'll build relationships with top talent and industry leaders from the executive level to entry level, and all points in-between. We are a growing, entrepreneurial construction company and we build exciting projects.

Your work in talent sourcing and acquisition will be the foundation of our future success!

As our Talent Recruiter, you:

• Recognize that you may need to proactively seek out top candidates, rather than waiting for them to come to you.
• Like to build strong relationships with a large number of people
• Can both "work the phones" and "work a crowd"
• Build relationships that make an incredibly positive difference for everyone
• Understand that the best career decisions take time and are built on relationships of trust and communication
• Are a great conversationalist but structure your approach so that others do most of the talking (while you listen and learn!)

Your responsibilities and leadership will include:

• Collaborating with hiring managers and executives to understand talent needs
• Sourcing potential candidates for current and future positions
• Building an external community of great, talented people excited about future WxTite opportunities
• Creating a pipeline of entry level talent through ongoing relationships and engagement with key universities and school programs
• Assisting candidates through the initial stages of the hiring process

• Are bilingual - Spanish speaking is required***

• You have technology and software skills that others envy
• You believe that 'no' means 'not yet'
• You are a social media expert
• You understand that engaging content attracts an audience
• Sometimes your ideas about building a brand keep you awake at night
• If you have networking, cold-calling or relationship sales experience, don't forget to mention it!
