Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects and lead our team to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction management, and proficiency in tools such as ProCore and Bluebeam. This role requires effective communication, project scheduling expertise, and the ability to read blueprints accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate tasks among team members to meet deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor crew members in best practices for construction techniques and safety measures.
• Interpret blueprints and construction plans to guide team activities effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisor or supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software and tools such as ProCore and Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
