Pay & Schedule :

  • Annual Pay : $31,200-$41,600 (based on experience).
  • Bonuses : Potential to earn bonuses as you grow in the role.
  • Hours : Full-time 40 hours per week, with flexibility as needed.

    • What You'll Do :

    This multi-faceted role will keep you on your toes! You'll work closely with our Warehouse and Finance Managers, ensuring smooth operations across several key areas :

    1. Purchasing Assistant

  • Data entry of purchase orders and pending POs.

    • 2. Runner

  • Assist technicians in the field by delivering parts, removing debris, and hauling away equipment.
  • Handle tool repairs and cleanups.

    • 3. Property Management Assistant

  • Manage dumpsters and scrap, keep the property looking sharp with mowing, trimming, and leaf blowing, and handle trash duties in the warehouse, office, and kitchen.

    • 4. Fleet Assistant

  • Help maintain and organize our fleet of trucks, including inventory, washing, inspections, and tracking tools.

    • 5. Finance Assistant

  • Enter bills and receipts into QuickBooks Online and support the Finance Manager with data entry.

  • Attention to detail, punctual, and respectful.
  • Honest, mechanically inclined, and able to lift 80 lbs. regularly
  • Clean driving record with a valid license.
  • Fun, easy to talk to, and able to communicate clearly.
