Pay & Schedule

• Annual Pay: $31,200-$41,600 (based on experience).
• Bonuses: Potential to earn bonuses as you grow in the role.
• Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week, with flexibility as needed.

What You'll Do

This multi-faceted role will keep you on your toes! You'll work closely with our Warehouse and Finance Managers, ensuring smooth operations across several key areas:

• Purchasing Assistant
• Data entry of purchase orders and pending POs.
• Runner
• Assist technicians in the field by delivering parts, removing debris, and hauling away equipment.
• Handle tool repairs and cleanups.
• Property Management Assistant
• Manage dumpsters and scrap, keep the property looking sharp with mowing, trimming, and leaf blowing, and handle trash duties in the warehouse, office, and kitchen.
• Fleet Assistant
• Help maintain and organize our fleet of trucks, including inventory, washing, inspections, and tracking tools.
• Finance Assistant
• Enter bills and receipts into QuickBooks Online and support the Finance Manager with data entry.
