Full-time, in-person position located in the greater Madisonville, Louisiana area.
We are looking for a responsible Maintenance Division Project Coordinator to administer and organize all customer maintenance projects, from simple activities to more complex plans/projects. The position requires the availability to handle emergencies or provide support during early morning, late evening, or weekends as projects dictate.
The job responsibilities include working with our Maintenance Travel Technician team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and time frames for our customer repairs and maintenance needs. This will include making travel arrangements as well as budgets/estimates for the projects. You will perform work order review, along with administrative duties maintaining project documentation including scope of work communication to Technicians and handling financial queries, coding of expenses to proper work orders and accounts. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all PMs, repairs, and projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. This is a ‘full circle’ role: from estimates, scheduling, booking travel, monitoring project completion and customer satisfaction, work order review, budgets, monitoring 'spend' to ensuring accurate and completed invoicing.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a Maintenance setting
- BS in Business Administration, Accounting or related field strongly preferred
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Knowledge of or, the ability to learn the repair/maintenance processes that technicians perform
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong customer-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Must be able to complete the employment process which will include: authorization to work in the US, background, drug screen and MVR.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.75 - $32.50 per hour
