While we currently utilize Pipedrive as our CRM, we are preparing for an exciting migration to Salesforce. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of our current CRM database, Pipedrive.
- Conduct weekly reviews of opportunity pipeline data to ensure accuracy and alignment with revenue forecasts.
- Maintain and update user guides and best-practice documentation.
- Provide CRM activity and usage support to Wyebot’s Sales organization, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
- Actively contribute to the planning, design, and successful migration from Pipedrive to Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the finance team to integrate Salesforce with financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting.
