Crew Supervisor / Lead Water Tech Compensation and Benefits :

They are seeking an adaptable candidate with excellent problem-solving skills. As a Crew Supervisor / Lead water tech, you will be responsible for managing teams that repair properties damaged by disasters like water, fire, or mold. You will plan restoration projects, oversee technicians, ensure safety, and maintain communication with clients and insurance companies to restore properties efficiently and effectively.
Crew Supervisor / Lead Water Duties and Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary on-site lead, supervising and coordinating restoration technicians, subcontractors, and laborers.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality results across all stages of the restoration process.Using specialized equipment and techniques, perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and fire / smoke damage mitigation.Set up and operate drying equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and other specialty equipment.Accurately document moisture readings, equipment usage, and project details using restoration management software (e.g., MICA, DASH, or equivalent).Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, scope changes, and timelines.Conducted on-site walkthroughs with customers upon project completion, ensuring all expectations were met or exceeded.Train, mentor, and develop restoration technicians to enhance their technical skills and job performance.Identify and resolve on-site safety hazards, escalating issues as necessary to management.Crew Supervisor / Lead Water Requirements :
1-2 years restoration experience, industry certifications such as IICRC FRST, ASD, etc.Desire for personal and professional growth, desire to build a team up through training, group / one-on-one development, and positive cultureKeywords : Restoration, IICRC, Technician, Lead, Restoration Lead
