Reconstruction Project Manager Compensation and Benefits :
- 80,000-$85,000 (DOE) Commission

The reconstruction project manager will complete reconstruction projects on budget and on time. This will require clear communication with staff and vendors along the way. The Reconstruction Project Manager needs to work closely with the Estimator on the project to ensure that changes on the job are documented and submitted in order to hit the correct profitability.
Reconstruction Project Manager's Responsibilities :
Plan and execute reconstruction projects to completion.Create and manage reconstruction selections, budget, and schedule.Manage equipment and materials efficiently to maintain scope and budget.Work with Estimators to review and oversee job estimates.Determine, organize and manage subcontractors and tradesmen.Document and manage change orders, both material selection and budget management.Make sure safety standards and work standards are maintained on job sites.Order project materials and coordinate delivery to job site.Coordinate estimates from subcontractors, engaging in open communication about needs around cost or deadlines.Maintain stellar communication with customers and all parties involved, including third party owners, building engineers, property managers and tenants.Collect progress payments and final payments at project completion.Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors.Maintain efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork, consistent, timely and complete updates entered into the job system.Reach or exceed profitability targets on managed projects.Maintain project files.Attend company meetings and trainings.Reconstruction Project Manager Requirements :
