About the Position
The Lead Packaging Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the successful operation of our packaging process at WYLD. This position requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail to meet the company's high-quality standards.
As a Lead Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards during shifts, performing basic visual quality inspections on products, and maintaining packaging flow by ensuring adequate product levels at each station.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality standards during shifts
- Perform basic visual quality inspections on products
- Maintain packaging flow by ensuring adequate product levels at each station
- Lead the Packaging Support team and operations when a supervisor is not present
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of directly related experience and/or training in a food production or manufacturing environment, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
