About the Job
The Packaging and Logistics Lead plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging and logistics processes at WYLD. This position requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail to meet the company's high-quality standards.
As a Packaging and Logistics Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards during shifts, performing basic visual quality inspections on products, and maintaining packaging flow by ensuring adequate product levels at each station.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality standards during shifts
- Perform basic visual quality inspections on products
- Maintain packaging flow by ensuring adequate product levels at each station
- Lead the Packaging Support team and operations when a supervisor is not present
What We Offer
