Equipment Operator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in construction settings. This role involves operating various types of machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the process. The Equipment Operator will play a crucial role in building and maintaining structures while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Duties

• Operate heavy equipment including blades, loaders, backhoes, water trucks, and other machinery on construction sites.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Execute tasks such as grading, excavation, and material handling using front loader trucks and other machinery.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate operations effectively.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise and report any significant concerns to management.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety standards.
• Familiarity with operating various types of heavy machinery.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A valid Wyoming Driver License.
